This past year has been full of growth, milestones, and, yes, challenges. From expanding our mentoring programs across Vermont and New Hampshire to national recognition for our staff, we’ve kept focused on what matters most: supporting youth with trusted, caring mentors.
For every child paired with a mentor, countless others are still waiting. We see growing demand for mentoring in our schools and communities, and we continue recruiting adults ready to make a difference. Mentoring helps young people build confidence, resilience, and connection — in a world that can sometimes feel like uncertain and disconnected.
We couldn’t do it without our donors, volunteers, schools, and community partners. Your support allows us to continue providing high-quality mentoring and to plan for thoughtful, sustainable growth in the years ahead.
