What We Do

Mentees
For over 50 years, Windsor County Mentors has been fostering fun, trusting, and inspiring one-on-one mentorships for youth ages 6-16 (and up to 18). Our mentees gain new experiences, broaden their horizons, and build confidence through meaningful relationships.

Mentors
Our mentors are caring, carefully screened volunteers who provide consistent support, guidance, and friendship. No special credentials are required—just a commitment to being present, listening, and sharing what you know.

We bring mentors, mentees, and supporters together through community gatherings, fundraisers, and volunteer opportunities that celebrate connection and growth.

Our dedicated team works to create and sustain fulfilling matches, supporting mentors and mentees with care, resources, and encouragement.
