Windsor County Mentors is guided by a dedicated board of community leaders and advocates who are passionate about creating lasting connections between mentors and mentees in Windsor County. Our board members bring diverse expertise and a shared commitment to empowering youth, strengthening community bonds, and fostering growth through mentorship.
Together, they support our mission to inspire and nurture positive relationships that make a difference in the lives of young people and their families.
Rita Glys
President
Former healthcare attorney and nonprofit leader, with extensive experience at Boston Medical Center and Anthem, Inc.
Pat Daddona
Vice President
Singer-songwriter and an adult mental health case manager at HCRS who lives with her dog, Angel, in Springfield, VT.
Megan Culp
Secretary
Former educator at Hanover High School, and longtime mentor and youth advocate. Resides in Hartford, Vermont.
Joe Paduda
Treasurer
Joe Paduda, a mentor since 2022, enjoys exploring the Upper Valley with his mentee.
